How to add withholding to an invoice

When creating an invoice, select the type of withholding you want to apply from the "Taxes" dropdown menu.

You can add more than one tax type by selecting it from the dropdown.

If you want to remove a specific tax or withholding, simply re-enter this field and click on the green box (indicating the selected tax/withholding).

taclia calculates the result for you! Below, in the invoice details, you'll see the calculated amount:

How to add taxes to an invoice

Follow the same steps as for adding withholding and select the taxes you want to apply. If you have already set a standard tax rate in your settings, this will automatically be applied to your invoices.

How to add discounts to an invoice

In the same line where you apply taxes and withholdings, you can also add a discount to the item.

  • In the "Dto.%" field, enter the discount you want to apply to the item, and it will be automatically calculated into the total price.

If you have more than one item with a discount, these will be applied at the end of the invoice. The total will show the absolute discounted value rather than the percentage.
