Create custom fields for each functionality of your business:

To find all the fields you can customize, go to "Settings" or "Configuration" --> "Customization" --> "Custom fields"



Customers:

  • Create custom fields:

    • To add additional specific information about your customers, such as preferences, purchase history, or any other relevant detail, you can create custom fields.

Examples of custom fields for customers may include:

  • Customer type (new, recurring, VIP).

  • Specific preferences (e.g., preferred type of service).

  • Additional contact information (e.g., social media, birthday).

How to configure custom fields:

  • Go to the "Customers" section in taclia.

  • Look for the "Custom Fields" or "Configuration" option.

  • Create new fields according to your needs, specifying the field type (text, number, dropdown list, etc.) and its label.

Services:

  • Create custom fields:

    • To detail specific characteristics of your services, such as customized options, special requirements, or technical details, you can create custom fields.

  • Additional options (e.g., size, color, version).

  • Special requirements (e.g., specific materials, conditions of use).

Invoices:

Create custom fields:
