1. Tooltips

What they are and how to find them

Definition: Tooltips are small pop-up windows that provide additional information when you hover over an icon or interface element.

Function: They help you understand the functionality of an icon or button without needing to click on it.

How to Use: Simply place the cursor over an icon or button and wait for the tooltip to appear. This will give you a brief description of what that element does.


2. Sidebar functionalities

The sidebar in taclia is your main control center. Here you can access all important features and sections. Below are the main categories and their associated icons:

Settings

Icon: ⚙️

Description: Adjust general account settings, preferences, and field customization.

Appointments/Jobs

Icon: 📓

Description: Manage your list of pending, completed, or upcoming jobs.

Services and Products

Icon: 🏷️

Description: Manage your offered services and products, including setting up new ones and editing existing ones.

Clients

Icon: 👥

Description: Manage your client list, including creating, editing, and viewing details for each client.

Sales

Icon: 💵

Description: Access the billing section, where you can create, send, and manage invoices, delivery notes, quotes, and everything related to sales.

Reports

Icon: 📈

Description: Automatically monitor your business’s progress from one place. You can filter reports to make it easier to measure results.

Time Tracking

Icon: ⌚

Description: Access the time tracking section and view team absences.

Tasks

Icon: 📆

Description: Easily manage your internal tasks and your team’s tasks in a connected way.

Geolocation

Description: Select a date and check the map to see what job a specific user was covering.

Assets

3. Search bar

How to search and what you can search for

Location: The search bar is usually located at the top of the interface, represented by a magnifying glass icon 🔍.

Functionality: It allows you to quickly search among your clients, services, invoices, expenses, and any other information recorded in taclia.

Usage: Type keywords or specific terms in the search field, and taclia will instantly show you the related results.


4. Settings and custom fields

Where to find and how to configure

Location: Access the “Settings” section in the sidebar (icon ⚙️).

General settings: Adjust account preferences, notification settings, and other general options.

Custom fields:

• Navigate to the “Custom fields” sub-section.

• Create and configure custom fields for clients, services, invoices, and more.

• Define the field type (text, number, dropdown list, etc.) and assign descriptive labels.


5. My profile and configuration data

Access and personalization

Location: Access your profile by clicking on your profile picture or initials in the upper right corner of the interface.

My profile: Here you can view and edit your personal information, such as name, email, and profile picture.

Profile settings: Adjust settings related to your profile, such as language preferences, time zone, and security settings.
