Steps to request the deletion of your taclia account.
At taclia, we value your privacy and want to ensure that you have full control over your data. If you wish to delete your taclia account, follow the simple steps we show you below. This guide will help you understand the process and know what types of data will be deleted or retained, as well as additional retention periods.
Open the taclia application: Log in to your taclia account from the web browser (app.taclia.com) or the mobile app (developed by Taclia).
Access the settings: Click on the horseshoe icon ⚙️
Click on 'Account Settings'.
Select 'Delete account': Look for the "Privacy and Policies" section and click on 'Delete account'. You will also have access to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Click on 'Delete account'. In the message that appears, we will inform you that if you continue with the process, you will lose all your business data. Also, at this step, you will have the option to contact us through a web form in case you want to resolve any doubts or questions.
Confirm your request to delete your account:
To continue with the process, a new message will appear to confirm that you want to permanently delete your account. If so, click on 'Delete'.
However, you will also have the option to select 'Keep' if you want to maintain your account and all your business data.
